I am writing this review as a way for Other Consumers to have a better formed expectation of Customer Service. We Purchased a Used 2020 Silverado RST from here in April 2024, it was a ford Certified Vehicle have a better formed expectation of Customer Service. We Purchased a Used 2020 Silverado RST from here in April 2024, it was a ford Certified Vehicle. In July we noticed a leak and the oil pressure indicator light came on, we took it after waiting a week for a scheduled appointment, they informed us this truck needed brakes a new radiator and thermostat and it would be around $4,000 in repairs. After much back and fourth Mike( service Manager) Finally stepped up and agreed that this was not ok and agreed to cover repairs with exception of brakes. the work was done, the day we picked this truck up after repairs, we drove from Nashua to Concord. when we arrived the truck was leaking Copious amount of fluids we called and they did sent a tow truck to get the Vehicle and check it over, the radiator repair seemed to have failed needing different hose clamps applied, when we picked it after they replaced hose clamps again, in their parking lot it still seemed to be leaking in the front, they assured us this was residual. we continued for a period of time to still notice small amounts of fluid on the ground in our Driveway. we then took this vehicle to Banks in Concord. Where they had to replace the Radiator again stating there was seam damage to the replacement radiator and why it was still leaking. We paid $1921. to get this repair done. Contacted Best ford ( Mike ) made him aware of this, He had us bring the Radiator they installed back to them, he told us $433.00 the cost of the radiator would get refunded to us. My big problem with this dealership is the lack of Communication, it is now 8 months later and we still do not have the Second key to this vehicle that was promised to us at time of purchased being a ford certified vehicle, I am also questioning their workmen ship as they employee ASC certified Mechanics, Do they not guarantee or stand by their work regardless of make and Model? I have purchased vehicles from other dealers and this was by far the WORST experience after the purchase ever, and will never recommend or go back to this place. More

He put us at ease right away with his outgoing and friendly personality. Jordan exemplified true customer service and we moved forward with our purchase after just one test drive. He listened to our financial desires and we easily came to an agreement for our 2024 purchase. We truly could not have asked for a better sales experience and promised him we would be back for our next purchase in 2025. We are so grateful for your help, Jordan! As far as the finance department, Sean also exceeded any expectations we had. He was down to earth, professional, and walked us through all our payment and warranty options. He confidently handled any questions we had and it could not have gone any more smoothly. Even though the process can be time consuming, he made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed getting to know more about this exceptionally run business. It was very evident that Sean is an extremely hard working team player and we are also thankful for his help in this process. I purchased my truck on a Friday and two days later on Sunday the check engine light came on. The next day all the alarms possible flashed across the dash and my truck wouldn’t start leaving me and my dau Sunday the check engine light came on. The next day all the alarms possible flashed across the dash and my truck wouldn’t start leaving me and my daughter stranded in a parking lot. It wasn’t until approximately 8 hours later the dealership finally got someone with a loner vehicle to me. Thankfully my wife was able to pick us up or we would have been stuck in the parking lot all day. The dealer has now had my truck for two weeks and the only time I got an update from the service department was when I reached out a week and a half after they took the truck. At that point they told me it would be ready to pick up in a day as they were installing the replacement part. It has been almost a week since that conversation and I haven’t heard from them. I emailed the General Manager almost a week ago expressing my frustration regarding the lack of communication and never received a reply from him. Overall this has been the WORST car buying experience I’ve ever had and based on how things have gone thus far I would never buy from Best Ford again and would recommend nobody do business there. They currently still have my truck so we’ll see how things unfold but I don’t have high hopes based on what I’ve seen from them so far. More
