Unfortunately a month ago, my spouse’s BMW was totaled in an auto accident. Once everything was finalized from our insurance, we contacted Bert Smith. Our Sales Rep, William Stephens, took what we were looking for on the phone, and long story short, we have a year newer vehicle (2017) with more options at a better lease than the totaled 2016 (same model). When we arrived at the dealership, William had all the paperwork prepared, Dino in finance had everything ready as well, and we were out in less than one hour with the new vehicle being delivered to our house (I’m not yet released to drive). Outstanding and truly the best vehicle purchase i’ve ever had! Bert Smith is the BEST!! More

She was the only one in a 50 mile radius of where I lived that could put together a deal for me exactly for what I wanted. No heavy pressure. Most of the deal was done through email, phone and text. All the numbers were in place before I ever left my home. All I had to do then was come see and drive the car. Delivery went just as smooth. And when I had a little issue after I got home, it was addressed without issue. Jenny was the BEST! Dino in financing was also outstanding. He got me in and out quickly, didn't try to pressure me to purchase add ons and helped my get met deal done on time. More

At our request additional photos were provided and test drive by our son living in the area was arranged accommodating his schedule. When completely unforeseen obstacles were encountered, on our end, while preparing for the travel in from Minnesota to finalize the purchase and drive home, both John and Larry truly went the extra mile to help us work through the problems.
