A general manager who works a half day, a receptionist who hangs up the phone if she doesn't like what you ask, a service department that simply does not call back! WHY would anyone use this dealership???? Incidentally their prices for new vehicles are always thousands of dollars higher than what we find at other dealerships. We have NEVER purchased a vehicle at Bert Smith and NEVER will. More

Originally we purchased a BMW 230i convertible Our second review of our experience with Bert Smith BMW - oh and did I mention this is within ONE week! Originally we purchased a BMW 230i convertible. Cute little car and a very good experience with the dealership; we felt like we received a fair deal. After driving the car for a couple of days we returned to Bert Smith for our training session. It was while waiting for Brandon, the training technician, we spotted a 530i, approached Daniel Brandano and enquired about it. Daniel gladly researched the vehicle and got all of the figures together. Although honestly, having only had the 230i for 6 days, we felt we should’ve been given more credit for the trade in. Daniel Brandano, however, worked closely with Steve, the sales manager, offering us what was probably a reasonable price for the car. As with our first visit, my husband and I felt we had been treated with respect and fairness. We left feeling good about the change we had made. We would also like to commend Larry Bearnarth in the finance office. Seriously, he probably missed his calling as a standup comedian. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the office with him. He was not only adept at his own job, he was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing. And last but not least, we would like to add a little shout out to Brandon, the young man who spent time showing us all the gadgets and how to‘s inside the vehicle. He again, was a delight, very knowledgeable, respectful and very patient with us. More
