An outstanding Representative kept us with BMW now and in th When we arrived at the dealership to prepare to turn in our leased 5 series, we were informed that our representative, who had assisted us with the pr When we arrived at the dealership to prepare to turn in our leased 5 series, we were informed that our representative, who had assisted us with the previous 4 or 5 lease, had retired and that we were assigned a customer retention specialist. We were, of course< surprised with this change and somewhat skeptical. It took about 5 minutes with Mr. William Stevens to realize that we were in the hands of a seasoned professional! He was as informative, cordial , attentive and genuinely interested in our satisfaction with a new lease as one could ever expect. We had been researching a change from the many leased BMW's we had had, but his approach to the changeover convinced us to stay with BMW. We would highly recommend William Stevens for any or all awards or accolades available at the dealership.We will definitely be back to replace our second car when the time is right. More
