I made an appointment to bring car in for a scheduled service and was planning to wait for it and just as i handed my keys over I got a call from family member with a medical emergency, I was about to a service and was planning to wait for it and just as i handed my keys over I got a call from family member with a medical emergency, I was about to ask for my keys back and reschedule appt but Natalie was able to get me a courtesy car for a couple hours. I was able to tend to medical emergency (blood clot in the leg), and make it back to dealership in less than 3 hrs, just as they had completed the service on my car. Thank you to Natalie and the team @ Bert Smith BMW. And nice touch with texting me when the service was complete by adding a video from the Service Technician who worked on my car, updating me on Comp Multi-point inspection points. ie life left on brakes, tires, etc. More

ATROCIOUS Service Center... ZERO STARS... I Own a Car Dealership and my wife has a BMW on Lease... They are Inconsiderate of Time and keep car as long as they say were backed up will get to it soon... Th Dealership and my wife has a BMW on Lease... The GSM is actually the Acting Service Manager and doesnt Listen just Defends a Horrible Service Advisor Staff who told my wife because she Leases her repairs aren't under warranty!!!! Wow Ive heard it all Now.. You get a different warranty based on how You Pay??? Ive been a Car dealer for 34 years and Have Never Seen this Poor of Staff..
