The Worst Experience of My LIFE I've never in my life experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life. It started off with the terrible service of "the best salesman wit I've never in my life experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life. It started off with the terrible service of "the best salesman with BMW" Mike Ford. He treated me as a fourth class citizen not ever realizing I could purchase the entire vehicle with cash. Mike also kept interrupting my time with him to deal with his paycheck that just came in, other customers; even telling them that the person in his office (me) was not that serious right now about buying a car so, "It was okay." I walked and paced, no one cared after already dealing with this company for hours. I asked to speak with the CFO Larry Graner or E.W. Smith (President/Owner) because I know this wasn't service they would EVER provide anyone; no one would allow me to but a manager that finally saw me after the team pleaded their cases to him. This was after mind you Mike showed me every customer that had been in that day and their names, phones and deals to prove himself I can only assume, a privacy issue within itself. Then he also discriminated against me. He - the GM (never gave me his name or business card) and deeply apologized continuously and transferred me to a sales associate by the name of Roger, who was great with customer service, but it continued to get worse with Dino Actipis in finance. Dino told me he couldn't budge on an interests rate and so I went to Crown Eurocars (Mercedes) where Jessica, David, and Daniel took amazing care of me and got me in the exact SUV I wanted with the lowest interests rate imaginable on 10/13/18. It got soooo bad today (10/14) when I told Dino via text that I was thankful but was able to get a much better interest rate and a car from Crown Eurocars; that he responded with "You should have brought the same co-signer here. I would have got you 2.85." I responded with, "I had no co-signer," to which he responded, "Come on John. You know you don't qualify for *.**. They'll probably be calling you in a couple of days to tell you that. You were over * percent with you Hyundai. They're playing you." I explained that I had the hard copies and hard confirmation from Mercedes Benz financial and I was fine and was very appreciative of their seamless service and professionalism and to please not contact me further as I just wanted him to kindly know I moved on. Hi responded with, "It's called spot delivery in our industry. Google it. Documents you signed can be cancelled by dealer. We don't play those games with consumers. They will call you back. I've only been doing this for 25 years. What do I know." Dino then proceeds to send me a link to Edmunds as I shake with nerves and fears for a moment until I call the GM at Mercedes on a Sunday on the mobile to ensure we are locked solid. (To which we are.) I then stated, "Why are you doing this to me?," to which he responded," Read your 30 day clause. It's on your buyers order and contract you signed. Why? Cause like I said you do not qualify for *.** and just trying to inform you of this practice other dealers do. Someone is lying here." I then informed Dino that I was contacting his GM right now for this stress. Dino responded with, "You're contacting my GM for me being honest and upfront with you? Please don't contact me any further." I then sent him a text stating any further communication would be considered harassment and I would take legal action. This has been the most aggressive and wrong way of doing business I have ever experienced in my lifetime. From the start to the very end, it's not okay. It is the sloppiest of dealerships on all accords and they give selling BMW a bad name, something I have already made BMW Corporate aware of. They lost a very big deal and made a HUGE mistake!!! I'm truly scared of my safety from these individuals and will be ensuring I protect myself legally now. More

Great deal and awesome salesrep I had to unexpectedly shop for a new car and didn't have a whole lot of time to find the right one so did alot of online shopping first. I have the best expirence, I just love the new design and the way the car handles. I can't thank John enough. I don't want to park the car at night and just drive it all day and night . Thank you John and Bert Smith for being the best dealership, I've ever dearth with. I had a 2013 Bmw x5 and the service Representive Natalie is a gem. She always does her best to get my car repaired in the least amount of time. I've went on a few occasions without an appointment and she never turned me away.Dino the manager processed the paper and found me extra incentives Bmw had to offer, Well done Dino. I come from NYC and I’ve owned Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, I know i set my standards high, but this place is a calamity They released the car to me with so many little issues so I had to drive over an hour last week to bring the car back for service. Of course, I booked an appointment When I arrived, our salesman and the service manager were nervously making excuses for their false promises. Running around attempting to not take responsibility for some issues We were there OVER an hour and a HALF waiting for our loaner car. We were very late meeting some friends at the Dali. Then the loaner car had no gas, so our salesman took it down the street for gas. Another half hour... no organization at this place! However.., the young man in service , Elijah Flewellen, went out of his way to try to accommodate us. It wasn’t even his responsibility. He stepped outside the box, which I rarely see. He sensed our anger and frustration and went above and beyond trying to expedite the situation. Then his beautiful personality calmed us down He is a gem! The other boys, Mirnes and Jordan were lovely people. They are all superb at customer relations! My hats off to these young men! More
