The person that took care of me and the dealership deserves 5 stars. I have also been very happy with this dealership for my entire ownership of a Volvo car for the last 9 years. My disappointment is with Volvo prices at the source, though, The side mirror plastic cap, just a simple molded piece of plastic with no electrical parts that snaps in place in seconds, was $196 (it was ordered, not installed). I realize these prices depend on Volvo, not the dealership. But Volvo should not charge as much for such inconspicuous part with hardly any technology involved, if the stop lamp with installation labor only costs $24. Had I known, I would have bought the replacement cap on eBay or from other part sellers. More
