Paul was our salesperson and he was beyond awesome, answered all my basic questions and was really just nice to talk to. I commented a few times that the feeling in the dealership is really laid back and comfortable while being higher end and allowing customers to feel that they are being treated well. I also like that when I went back a few days later for my sticker the place was abuzz with people working there (in service and just in general) it felt like a dealership should feel: busy and with a lot of people working John Labruzzo was just as great as Paul---easy to talk to and enjoyed our conversation as we accomplished the business at hand More

Volvo V90 20K Servicing An early morning servicing was provided as requested. All required servicing was performed along with the yearly state inspection. A cover for the left front tow point was also ordered. The delivery point and waiting area are exceptional. All work was performed in an exceptional manner. The front desk provided all the information that I needed. I will definitely recommend Bernardi Volvo for all the servicing needs and have already done so for a neighbor who has a S60. More

Anyway, nice service at Bernardi, Paulo was good to work with, had a great loaner (newer S90), and the fact that it takes 20 min to get to Bernardi vs 45 min to Westboro was a big win also. will be bringing my car back for its 100K in about a year.
