Arrived early than appointment time. Took my car right in. Told service tech I was there for oil change, it was more expensive than last time. Ask if they had coupons/discount and he name a few. Upon checking out I got total and ask if that included coupon and he stated no. Service tech had to call another department to get discounted deductible from price. It there are discounts/coupons I feel they should be already added to paper work before checking out. We customer are value then we should have to ask or double check. Also there was no water in the fridge in the customer waiting area. More
I was scammed out of $1600+. I purchased a battery in Jan 2025. Still under warranty. Car would not start. Towed to dealership. Dealership advised issue was NOT battery. Advised I purchased a battery in Jan 2025. Still under warranty. Car would not start. Towed to dealership. Dealership advised issue was NOT battery. Advised needed a new starter. Paid $1600+ for starter that was NOT needed. Car would not start and needed to towed BACK to dealership that evening. Was told next day that car did indeed need a new battery, which was EXACTLY what I told service department but now I am out $1600+ for something I DID NOT NEED! You're terrible. More

One would think upon opening that the drop box should be checked first. 0.8 mechanic hour job. Had my truck for 2 days. Parts were available. Service representative had the next day off so when the 0.8 mechanic hour job was done (on the second day) nobody contacted me. I called near closing and they said to pick it up on the third day. No wash, rinse, vacuum, or even take the temporary plastic seat covering, floor mat, or tag hanging from the mirror. First time seeing this kind of service. Not sure if paying customers gets better service. $0 = bare minimum. 👎 More
Service advisor does not listen to the concerns that are being brought up to their attention. Kept my vehicle for 2 months. I was not satisfied with the service. My van was actually making a knocking noise being brought up to their attention. Kept my vehicle for 2 months. I was not satisfied with the service. My van was actually making a knocking noise when I turn that was not there prior to dropping it off. It does not seem that any of the work was really done.And also, she mentioned there was a recall on airbags, but i'm still hearing the same exact noise that I was hearing prior to taking it into the shop. The whole time I was renting a car out of pocket.When I had insurance to cover that, they just kept the vehicle with no worries as soon as I got a loaner.After two weeks, she reached out and said that they needed the loner back.The van was ready.When, in fact it was not the sliding door that I originally took it in for was still not working properly the chain fell off after five times of us, opening the back passenger door. Every night they would leave the van unlocked, all of our items that were left in the van were tossed all over the place. I don't recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle here.Because if you do, you will have to take it back to that dealership.And they do not have the best customer service or ethic at that. More
