Not listening to my needs. Rushing & speaking disrespectful. The manager did correct after which was helpful. Service advisor does not listen to the concerns that are being brought up to their attention. Kept my vehicle for 2 months. I was not satisfied with the service. My van was actually making a knocking noise being brought up to their attention. Kept my vehicle for 2 months. I was not satisfied with the service. My van was actually making a knocking noise when I turn that was not there prior to dropping it off. It does not seem that any of the work was really done.And also, she mentioned there was a recall on airbags, but i'm still hearing the same exact noise that I was hearing prior to taking it into the shop. The whole time I was renting a car out of pocket.When I had insurance to cover that, they just kept the vehicle with no worries as soon as I got a loaner.After two weeks, she reached out and said that they needed the loner back.The van was ready.When, in fact it was not the sliding door that I originally took it in for was still not working properly the chain fell off after five times of us, opening the back passenger door. Every night they would leave the van unlocked, all of our items that were left in the van were tossed all over the place. I don't recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle here.Because if you do, you will have to take it back to that dealership.And they do not have the best customer service or ethic at that. More
