I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Gene Wagner was instrumental with my positive experience. He is an excellent salesman. Knowledgeable, patient and professional. Paige delivered my vehicle to my home. Her enthusiasm and excitement upon arrival to my home was contagious. She was helpful and professional. Total scam and they refused to do work that was promised .was told after I saw a cpo bmw that all was good , no scratches , car looked beautiful in pictures , I negotiated over the phone and I drove 6 hours .was told after I saw a cpo bmw that all was good , no scratches , car looked beautiful in pictures , I negotiated over the phone and I drove 6 hours to the dealership with intent to buy it , I found out that the car have multiple scratches and paint defect , one wheel damaged , tear in the third row seat , deep scratches on the bumper , missing carpets , deep scratches on the glass door panels , I was disappointed and I wanted to walk away but they promised me that they can fix those minor stuff at their body shop so I decided to proceed with the deal , after 2 weeks of them having the car I received little communication and after they told me that the car is ready and they are sending it to Pa I discovered upon delivery that they only fixed the wheel and bumper , nothing else was touched , I reached out to the sales manager Leo who told me that they did the best they could with the other issues and there is nothing else he can do as I have gotten a good deal and paid less what they have paid for the car , I have a written contract detailing all the work that was promised and now after they made the sale they are ignoring me . It’s a shame that I trusted a big BMW dealership to be treated this way , I don’t usually leave reviews but I will continue to do to let other people know how shady they are , I contacted the general attorney and the local news as well . Soon will hire an attorney if nothing gets addressed , all I am asking for is what was promised that it will be fixed for an 80k that I purchased … if anyone can help me pls reach out to me … Thank you More

Purchased two new BMWs at Flynn, now Berkshire BMW and got a great deal and the service over the years has been excellent. Re: Charged for oil not received-Did not know vehicle specs I went to Flynn BMW for a oil change and was charged for nine (9) quarts of oil. Service completed and car returned freshly washed an vacuumed. On tri I went to Flynn BMW for a oil change and was charged for nine (9) quarts of oil. Service completed and car returned freshly washed an vacuumed. On trip home, 22 miles away, "add oil" warning light came and I called Service Department who told me not to add oil, to prevent oil filling, and return for level check. Returned next day and was told they added "about 3/4 of a quart". Returned home and have checked the oil several times and it is still a half quart below full. I ordered a quart of oil on Amazon.com to add. In summation, I paid for 9 quarts and initially received about 7 quarts, made two trips to the dealer and still did not receive that for which I had paid. Apparently the service technician did not consult the service manual for proper amount of oil. Based on this experience, I no longer have faith in the abilities of the Flynn BMW Service Department and would not, in god conscience, recommend them to anyone else. As a result, I am now vetting independent specialists who, at least, know the proper amount of fluids required. Very disappointed. More
