Had a mechanical/electrical problem that disabled our car while hundreds of miles from home. Despite being crazy busy, Mitch understood our situation and somehow was able to get us back on the road within ho while hundreds of miles from home. If he hadn't pulled off this miracle, we would have lost our pre-paid ferry passage and, more importantly, would have missed a critical medical appointment. I’ve been using this dealership for over 30 years and it is outlandish that they have suddenly started to charge a 3.25% fee for using a credit card. Other dealers family members use don’t do this and I’m i is outlandish that they have suddenly started to charge a 3.25% fee for using a credit card.
