Our Fourth visit for service. This was our fourth visit for our 50,000 mile service. Kyle Schroers is always on top of things and very professional while also being personable. H This was our fourth visit for our 50,000 mile service. Kyle Schroers is always on top of things and very professional while also being personable. He had a car all lined up for us if we wanted to get away for a while but after driving over two hours we just like to hang out in their comfortable waiting area. We were in and out in just over two hours. From our home to the Berglund facility is some what of a drive but we know our Mercedes will get the best care there so it is worth the drive. Have read bad reviews on other Mercedes dealerships but our experience with Berglund has always been good, they work to make things right even it if means sending someone all the way to our address to pick up our car. Keep up the good work. More
