Berglund Volvo Luxury Service I have been doing Volvo sales and service business with this company and its predecessor Volvo dealers in Roanoke since 1998 and would highly recommen I have been doing Volvo sales and service business with this company and its predecessor Volvo dealers in Roanoke since 1998 and would highly recommend Tom Strong, Tim Riddle, Mike Blankenship, Billy Ridding and the other current Volvo service team members for their excellent service work on all of the Volvos that we have owned during this period of time. Bill McGlamery sold us a new Volvo XC70 way back in 1998 just after Volvo introduced this new model car when he was with West Motors on Franklin Road and he sold us one of our current Volvo XC90s also. He is great to work with as a salesman- he is with Berglund Luxury now and we are looking forward to buying another Volvo from him in the future, More
Service on Evoque Our Evoque was due for maintenance and a loaner car was delivered when Berglund picked up our vehicle. We had to wait on a replacement part that was covered under warranty so we kept the loaner over the weekend and into the middle of the week. Maintenance work was done and our vehicle was returned, however, with only 54 miles of gas in the tank. The loaner had a half tank when we received it and prior to Berglund picking it up, I filled the tank. I provided more gas than necessary for the loaner but my car was almost empty. That was not an equal exchange. More
I have asked 10 different occasions to let me get a paper copy or email of my extended warranty, no help yet. They have changed managers a couple time but I bought a new vehicle and once I paid it was like i copy or email of my extended warranty, no help yet. I also was told that my trade in would be a certain number no matter what. They renigged on the trade in because the truck wasn’t paid off but they didn’t tell me that until I already bought the new truck from them. More
