SERVICE IS MISSING IN ACTION I called March 3, 2020 @ about 3pm. I have yet to hear from anyone. I bought my Jaguar on 2/27/2020 and on March 3, the check engine light came on and I called March 3, 2020 @ about 3pm. I have yet to hear from anyone. I bought my Jaguar on 2/27/2020 and on March 3, the check engine light came on and the back tires are making a roaring noise, I looked at them and one of them has a flat spot on it so it needs to be replaced also that's why I had my wife to call the dealership and left a message with the service department. I have always had great experiences up till this point. So I am very disappointed right now. Ryan my salesman actually reached out to me but that's it. Ryan was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Although I did find out later after purchasing the vehicle that the vehicle was in an accident. I do think that information should have been shared with my wife prior to the purchase because she is the one who initially found the vehicle and did all the leg work I just had to come sign the paperwork. More

This Mercedes dealership is the best dealership, by far, that I have ever been to. Kyle, the service representitive I go to for service is extremely professional and courteous. My visit there was exceptional! Tammy Niles, my service writer, was able to conveniently schedule me in on short notice as it was my day off and I live a couple hours away. I was taken in right away and th writer, was able to conveniently schedule me in on short notice as it was my day off and I live a couple hours away.
