Kept me informed and cared. Very professional. I considered trading the Range Rover in on a CPO Mercedes S550. I was totally dissatisfied with Mercedes CPO sales. Unreasonable and arrogant and started the negotiation at $7,000 under KBB value notwithstanding the fact that the Range Rover was is. CPO vehicle with 38,000 miles. I will never purchase a call from them. Finally, Land Rover corporate is horrible. They do not care about their customers or their products. Their roadside assistance is woeful I have owned 45 cars and Land Rover has been the worst. In my whole experience, thank God for Jeremy, Laura and Adrian. They were great! More
