The manager helped me through the buying process and she was easy to talk to, and willing to negotiate with me a little. I feel like I got a fair trade in value, and price on the new F-Pace. The salesman kept me updated during the process as to when building should begin, and on the arrival. I feel like I had a great experience, and I would buy from them again if able. The new manager Sonia was much more personal and pleasant than the previous manager I dealt with in 2016. More

Warranty ignored on a bad battery I have a battery under warranty. I bought an untitled 2015 QX50 in 2017. Brennon said he would not replace the battery until I was stranded with a v I have a battery under warranty. I bought an untitled 2015 QX50 in 2017. Brennon said he would not replace the battery until I was stranded with a vehicle that wouldn't start, then I could engage my road side assistance at which time they would replace the battery. I really appreciate that BS ! He suggested that I go ahead and get a battery out of my own wallet if I didn't want to be stranded. You know what, this little $179 battery that I bought from Firestone, that same day, could be a deal breaker for me, from buying another Infiniti (which I love my QX50). Get stranded on the side of the road says Infiniti. FYI, Firestone suggested that the battery be replaced before cold weather...thus the visit to dealership, said it was on the very low end of the charge. We'd talked multi times on the phone, and I was on time for my previously scheduled appointment.
