Poor service even if they were not a luxury brand dealer 3 calls - 2 msgs - no call back - had to call service manager - just to get a call back - poor at setting expectations - do not exude confidence - poo 3 calls - 2 msgs - no call back - had to call service manager - just to get a call back - poor at setting expectations - do not exude confidence - poor communications - do not stand behind statements by their service reps. As a luxury brand dealer they should exceed service expectations in every area - unfortunately they do not in any area. And I own two vehicles from two brands that they sell - so I have a vested interest in Berglund having an excellent service department. More

Needless to say I will no longer take either of my BMWs there again. More

Serviced my Lexus Joe did a great job. Paid them for oil and filter and cost was high but I got back a clean, serviced car that had been carefully checked, along with a Joe did a great job.
