As a luxury brand dealer they should exceed service expectations in every area - unfortunately they do not in any area. And I own two vehicles from two brands that they sell - so I have a vested interest in Berglund having an excellent service department. More

I left our plus-one vehicle there for the Takata recall, it was inspected two days later but the service writer did not respond to texts requesting a status update until I said I was going to take it elsewhere if they weren't going to work on it - a month later. Needless to say I will no longer take either of my BMWs there again. More

Serviced my Lexus Joe did a great job. Paid them for oil and filter and cost was high but I got back a clean, serviced car that had been carefully checked, along with a Joe did a great job. All this while waiting in a comfortable place and getting updated on progress. It was worth the cost in my opinion. More
