My experience with this service team is that they are a peerless, value-added component of my overall BMW experience in Lynchburg. This service group combined with my BMW's in-car maintenance advisories have made my service experience incredibly painless and efficient. Yes, I have a big lease payment on my 2016 X-5, but I remind myself that the maintenance/warranty is worth several hundred dollars per month in hassle-free upkeep. Also, kudos to Randy Mills, my long-time service advisor.. More
Worst Car Buying Experience Ever Purchased Volvo from Burglund Luxury. Volvo with 44k miles on it.. Purchased over the internet since I had a 2 hour drive to Berglund. Once I arrived, Purchased Volvo from Burglund Luxury. Volvo with 44k miles on it.. Purchased over the internet since I had a 2 hour drive to Berglund. Once I arrived, salesman says car is getting new brakes installed that we would do paperwork then I'd be on my way with my new/used car.. 5 hours go by and car still not ready, "I have yet to see it in person".. Volvo service manager says , after 5 hours of waiting to see my car that the car has illegal tent that MUST be removed before it can be inspected or driven and asked that I take a loaner car home and the Volvo would be delivered to me to save a 4 hour round trip drive.. 3 days later my volvo arrives while I'm getting my Hair did at a local hairstylist.. I swap keys with the delivery guy and he takes the loaner car back.. It was raining when the car arrived at the hairstylist so the very FIRST time I get in to drive it, The entire DASH is soaking wet from rain.. When the window tint was removed, the seal was damaged and was leaking across the entire top of the Windshield. WOW, What first impressions of my new Ride.. I call my salesman and send photos immediately and he said that they cant repair windshields that a 3rd party company must perform the work and that he would schedule a day and time.. 4 weeks of calling to get this repaired, I finally talked to a service director who got me scheduled to fix my car.. During the month of October, I was unable to drive my new car anytime it rained.. On my way to Roanoke to get windshield installed, my AWD DISABLED light comes on and a roaring noise is coming from a wheel.. I have 700 miles on this car TOTAL since the date I purchased.. Berglund replaced the windshield and gave me an Estimate of $980 to replace a part in the drivetrain for the AWD System and a $700 Estimate to replace a wheel bearing.. THIS IS THE MOST SHADY DEALERSHIP I HAVE DEALT WITH IN 45 YEARS OF LIFE.. This company has become SO LARGE, Individual Customers NO LONGER MATTER as they did just 15 years ago.. I have yet to make my 1st payment and have to pay $1700 in repairs PLUS a new windshield.. BUYERS BEWARE.. ALL THAT MATTERS TO THIS COMPANY IS MONEY.. ETHICS, Responsibility, and Customer appreciation ends the moment you buy a car which is Sadd.. God bless the people because they need all the blessings possible. More

One thing has been constant, and that is Joe, now the service MANAGER, ha I have dealt with the Lakeside drive location under many names/managements. One thing has been constant, and that is Joe, now the service MANAGER, has always been top-notch. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He works to please, even if it is thinking outside the corporate box. Secondly, the service technicians can (and will) speak directly with the customer, which is not the case in many dealerships. We love that we can get 1st hand information with recommendations. We'll be back. More
