A-1 experience at Lynchburg / Berglund Mercedes Service Dept Mr. Camarda was courteous and professional in handling my appointment and greeting me upon my arrival. He explained how the service persons would diagnose my brake problem and then informed me that they confirmed the expected service to be needed. Early on he explained that I should be prepared for this modification could take several hours, so I planned ample time. Mr. Camarda was kind enough to offer a nice Mercedes (GLE-350, I think) complete with satellite radio as a loaner for me to take to a nearby restaurant. When their work was complete, my car (an E320 C.D.I.) was returned to me washed and vacuumed! How refreshing to find such excellent customer service!
