Very helpful and friendly Two weeks ago I bought a certified 2018 GLE and was surprised to see a message for a service 'A' pop up so quickly. I called and spoke Tiffanie Mcgreg Two weeks ago I bought a certified 2018 GLE and was surprised to see a message for a service 'A' pop up so quickly. I called and spoke Tiffanie Mcgregor and she put me in contact with Joe Carmarda in the service department. Joe told me that the service had been performed but the service reminder had not been reset. We set an appointment to reset the service reminder and also to update the navigation. At the appointment time, Joe met me as I pulled into the service area and clearly stated what services would be performed.and approximately how long it would take. He offered a loaner car but I elected to just wait since it wouldn't be but about 2 hours. The waiting area was very comfortable with free WiFi, coffee, and snacks. The updates were completed as promised, plus they even washed and vacuumed my car. I did not meet the technician who actually performed the service. More
