Overall very nice employees. They do require proof of phone being active with your name on bill which can be hard with prepaid and not possible with family plan but they try to work with family plan. Had my vehicle for over a week and didn't bother to look at it, call, etc until I complained. I expect better overall from the place I have bought my last 2 vehicles and the vehicle in question is new with at it, call, etc until I complained.
