Never again I bought my car at Berglund in July 2018, after a car accident totaled my previous car. I had a great buying experience, Mike Neely was awesome in helping me with my purchase of the vehicle and extended warranty. Last week I called the service center because a digital message came across my dash telling me to stop safely, my car engine was too hot and overheating. My engine light was on as well and I hadn’t even driven 5 miles up the road. The service center directed me to the site to have it towed and they said they would look at it. I called that afternoon and they told me they hadn’t looked at it. My mother loaned me her car the following day so that I could get to work, and I hadn’t received a call about my car. I called Saturday to check on it at 2:00 and was told the service center was closed and they are so “backlogged” with vehicles, they weren’t having people bring them anything until MAY 4! My car had been sitting there since Thursday morning, no diagnostic testing done, and I was told I couldn’t get a loaner until they LOOKED at my car. I finally got a loaner Saturday afternoon after going down to the service center and letting them know I can’t be without a car until May 4th. When my car was ready for pick up (after 6 days) the manager stated they couldn’t figure it out, my gas tank was on empty (I got in there with a full tank) and whoever had been my vehicle left trash from a fast food restaurant in my cup holders and floorboards—-but I had to fill the loaner back up with gas and return it in the condition with which I had gotten it. I WILL NEVER buy another vehicle from Berglund, not will I deal with their inconsiderate service staff. I may be a woman, but I’m not an idiot, and that’s exactly how they made me feel. More

I had a weekend to find a new car and was open to purchasing new or used...Ford or Chevy. It had to have a few specific items such as back up camera, etc. and needed to fall within my budget. Paul McPherson worked with me to find a new 2019 Ford Escape that met all my requirements plus provided some bonus extras like heated seats and was in my favorite color. I always dread going through the experience of buying a new vehicle, especially when it is unplanned. However, I drove away excited and very happy with my purchase and overall experience. This is the fourth car I've purchased from Berglund and this was my best experience so far. More

Customer Care and Service I have taken my vehicle to Berglund several times and unfortunately never had a good experience there. The service team is not very friendly or reass I have taken my vehicle to Berglund several times and unfortunately never had a good experience there. The service team is not very friendly or reassuring on when my vehicle will be finished each time I've had it serviced there. I've had to call multiple times to ask, not have someone call me (except this last time in which the young lady at the front made an effort to call and let me know- she was very pleasant). There was one time I was without my car for a week and not given a loaner car because I did not purchase my vehicle there. I also had to call each day to get an update on where things were because it was taking so long and felt like they were in no rush to get my car back to me and did not care that I had no way to get around. Each time I have taken it there, the problem was never fixed and I have ended up bringing it back months later or to another dealership in hopes I would receive better customer care and service-which I have. I have stopped going for convenience with you all because you are the closest to my home and gone with other places to get better results in the service and customer care department. The next day after receiving my car back from you all I traded it in because I have had several problems with that car over the past year and a half that you all have not been able to fix after reassuring me that it was fixed. I cannot relay on a ford or your service. More
