A Wonderful experience We go to the dealership on Monday 29th and we saw a guy coming towards us. He asked if he could help us. My friend was on her phone looking for 2018 F We go to the dealership on Monday 29th and we saw a guy coming towards us. He asked if he could help us. My friend was on her phone looking for 2018 Ford Taurus. He immediately showed us where to go and to wait for him. By the time he got to us, we had already found the car I wanted. There was a problem however, since there was another similar vehicle which I wanted. with a higher price. The strange thing about it is that both vehicles were the same (identical). Randy could not understand why. He left us and went to the sales manager and came back saying if I wanted the car, it is mine. I was very happy. Let me give you a little background-- I had an appointment at another Ford dealership for a 2018 Ford Taurus. I received e-mail confirmation that the car was available and that I could come and get it at 3:30 pm on Monday, however when I got there the car was sold. the same day I spoke to the sales person but no one had the decency to call me and let me know. What really ticked me off is that the sales man was going back and forth talking to someone for 20 minutes while I sat waiting. Finally he came to me and said he could get another one but it will cost me. He was not only rude but he kept talking down to me. I just told him what I thought and left. So coming to Berglund and meeting Randy was a breath of fresh air. The bottom line is I bought the car from him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, understanding and had a sense of humor. More
