MAZDA SERVICE CENTER I bought my Mazda 6 in 2015 and all the service needed has been provided by the dealership service department. Johnny Mason has been my primary service rep and my last visit 9/25 was with a young woman who was filling in while he was on vacation and she was excellent! The technician as well is always so pleasant and helpful mentioning tires may be needed soon and showed me the tires they have for my car and was able to get a quote from the young woman taking care of me. There is no pressure or anxiety with doing business here when regular maintenance is scheduled and I always wait on my car and have never had to wait more than necessary. I apologize I don't remember the young woman's name but I did want her to know she was really good and I greatly appreciate her help. More
Long Wait - No receipt of recall work completed Waited 2 hrs. with baby after being told service would take 30 min. I was not notified when my car was ready, (I had to go ask) which was probably about 30 min. longer than I should have had to wait. And I was told the receipt for work done would be e-mailed because they didn't give it to me when I left, but I never received it. And now I have no record of the work done on the vehicle. Important to note, there were no previous issues with service - one time issue. But I still need receipt. More

I have NOT had a single trip to the service department in two years that they got it right the first time. I keep getting from the service department we are sorry but nothing every changes. Would love to have another dealership maintain the truck. Love my truck but they just can't get it right the first time. More

Will return when I need another vehicle.**UPDATE*we noticed the right front seam that joins the front to the right fender was gapped about 1/4” while the left fit snug as it should. Took it back to Berglund and it was insinuated that I had did it because “it was not that way when you got it”. There are absolutely no impact marks, scratches or dents anywhere on the truck. I finally was told that they would schedule an appointment to fix it. Today I get a call and am told that I need to bring it back to have a picture made so Ford Motor Co. can decide if it happened after I left the dealership. I’m 65 miles away and I don’t appreciate this at all. I’ve bought over 15 vehicles from this company and never had an issue where I had to complain until now. I think they should take care of this More
Not sure I can trust this shop Scheduled work was for TPMS installation, alignment, oil change and state safety inspection. Within 24 hours of pickup I had a check engine light come Scheduled work was for TPMS installation, alignment, oil change and state safety inspection. Within 24 hours of pickup I had a check engine light come on. Before I was able to get it checked, I ran through a car wash. As the blowers were blowing off the water I saw something shoot out from the cowl and onto the ground. I got out and picked up the oil fill cap which had not been installed. 500 miles later, I start getting a grinding noise from the rear brakes. The pads on one side were gone and it destroyed one rotor. $50 to replace a set of pads turned into buying new rotors and having to pull the axles to replace them. I am astounded that there was no reference to the available life of the brake pads at the time of the inspection. This is the closest dealership to me and I prefer using the dealer for service, but after this experience (not to mention the last "quick lane" oil change that took 2 hours) I'm going to find a more reputable shop to deal with. More
