bad oil change took my car in for an oil change. two days later my oil has all drained out. A tech was sent round to the house to fill with oil. He said the wrong oi took my car in for an oil change. two days later my oil has all drained out. A tech was sent round to the house to fill with oil. He said the wrong oil filter was installed and the oil leaked out. A driver was called for to take the vehicle back to the shop to check it over. He proceeded tp back into the trash can sitting on the side of the road and left without stopping. Two days later I got my car back. More

Great deal and great service! I was interested in their newly listed 2010 Ford Escape Limited. When I met the salesman Paul, he showed me vehicle and I just loved the mileage and t I was interested in their newly listed 2010 Ford Escape Limited. When I met the salesman Paul, he showed me vehicle and I just loved the mileage and the premium package. It had everything I was looking for plus more. While I did find some cosmetic issues, Paul and Berglund team went above and beyond to do the best detailing and repairs in and out. The car was sparkling clean when I came to pick it up! Very pleasant communication throughout the deal with Paul. He listened carefully to all of my comments and took notes of all my concerns and managed to address and get everything fixed for me. There was no hassle for me buying the car from them. I was searching for a car for several months and have visited/communicated with multiple dealerships in Roanoke, Salem and Martinsville, however the experience here was the best. There was no pushing, no problem, no hiding of any problems. Just an honest communication, willingness to make a deal and provide great service.
