Plug was loose Took our brand new Jeep there for the first oil change and after noticing spots on our drive way, I parked in a different spot just to make sure, I me Took our brand new Jeep there for the first oil change and after noticing spots on our drive way, I parked in a different spot just to make sure, I mean it is a new Jeep and just had the first oil change why would there been an oil spot? Well after confirming that Yes it was leaking oil and the next morning at 730 waiting outside for the service department to unlock the doors I told the service man that I was very upset that someone didn’t do their job there because they are the only ones that had touched that Jeep, he came outside and looked under the Jeep and Again it was confirmed it was leaking oil. He pulled it in and when they were done he confirmed that they did not tighten the plug, Wow!!! Don’t think I’ll let them touch our Jeep again!!! More
Would not accept my coupon I came in on Saturday, January 26th to get an oil change. I brought a coupon with my for $26.95 oil change ( 5 quarts of oil and a filter included), o I came in on Saturday, January 26th to get an oil change. I brought a coupon with my for $26.95 oil change ( 5 quarts of oil and a filter included), once I arrived first thing at 730am, the gentleman told me to hold onto my coupon and give to the receptionist at check out, so I proceeded to wait then around 830am, it was time to check out, I walked up to the desk to pay and handed them the coupon only to be notified that the coupon did NOT apply to me since my vehicle took full synthetic oil. That was not addressed at the beginning when the employee seen me with the coupon, nor did the coupon state that it can’t be used with full synthetic oil. So after getting upset and frantic, a $15 discount was applied to the oil change which still made my total well over the amount I had in my head to pay. I should have paid around $40.00 total ($26.95 for oil, $15.00 for tire rotation), but instead I tried to get charged $97.00, I ended up paying over $70 for an oil change when I had a coupon, specifically addressed to me, for my new Jeep, a coupon that was invalid to use with what I used it for. I’m highly disappointed with Berglund over this small issue. It is a simple issue, that could have easily been resolved with accepting the coupon. It was mainly upsetting because I have very low income so the coupon would have greatly helped. I honestly do not remember the names of the employees who were working that day. Also, to add to the issue, once I had left, I was highly upset and called back to Berglund multiple times throughout the day, I kept getting transferred to “the manager” but yet not one person answered the phone for management not coukd I leave a voicemail; after calling for about the fourth or fifth time, I was finally informed that the service center had closed so a manager was not available. More

But unfortunately something else has gone wrong or is amiss with the programming that was done during the recall of the transmission. I have taken the truck back today, January 27, to Berlin and spoke with Loretta and she is keeping the truck for an investigation. My one complaint is that it is almost a federal case to get a ride home because I live in West Salem, and the distance from the dealership to my home is a concern for the courtesy driver. And another case which this is not really Berglund’s issue, is that being the truck is in there for the second time For the same recall a loaner vehicle from Chrysler should be provided More
