Sick of Paying to Much. Service was fine. Paying $99 for a diagnostic that took less than a minute wasn’t. I came in for maintenance the check engine light came on en-route Service was fine. Paying $99 for a diagnostic that took less than a minute wasn’t. I came in for maintenance the check engine light came on en-route. I was already going to pay almost $800 for the service. Needless to say the bill was over $1000 because I purchased the oil change package. You’d think they’d wave the $99 fee for the diagnostic. But of course not. The procedure took almost 6.5 hours as well. I planned to stay, my choice. Service advisor was good and helpful. More
