Didn't fix a thing, forgot to call me, horrible! I dropped my car off at 755 am Monday 2/4 with someone at the service center who said "hi, can I help you?". I explained the issues I was having. He said I would be called at some point to discuss solutions. At 515 pm I called to find out what was going on. The first person wanted to know who I left my car with, I said he didn't introduce himself, she put me on hold for 5 minutes and then disconnected me (disconnecting is common with this dealership, its rare I call and don't get hung up on). I called back and got someone else, who also said "who did you leave your car with?". This alarmed me. Do you often have strangers taking people's cars? Do you have an issue with theft? Why is it necessary to name someone in order to find out what was happening with my car??? I finally convinced this 2nd person to get on the computer and look up my car. My care was being seen for intermittent electrical malfunctions. He tells me they thought it would need an upgrade to the computer but now see its much more involved and it will be tomorrow. I'm shocked at this point. I say "you're keeping my car and didn't feel it necessary to tell me that??" He said normally they do call but for some reason they didn't. He gave me his direct number, I asked for his name (since clearly that is CRITICAL to the process) and he said he would call me by 11 am Tuesday 2/5. Around 1030 am Tuesday I did get a call from this gentleman. He told me my key fob was probably malfunctioning because it can't work if its in the cup holder (side note: are you freaking kidding me on that??). I told him both times it malfunctioned, months apart, the key fob was in my hand in front of the steering wheel. He said they were still checking out the other issues and would call me again. Around 230 he called me back. He said that the intermittent issue with my window which he did see malfunction on Monday is functioning now so there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO. He said the intermittent issue with my blinker was due to a short and I should replace that socket. That IS covered by my warranty but I have a $100 deductible and it was cheaper to pay for the $86 socket. He said my intermittent issues with my key fob were related to the battery. I asked if I paid the $86 now did that mean when my window and key fob started acting up again that I only had $12 left to pay. He said no, the deductible is BY VISIT. I clarified that he was telling me they acknowledged I had an issue with my window but they aren't going to try to figure it out since its intermittent and it wasn't malfunctioning at that very second, but I should bring it back when it messes up so I can pay ANOTHER $100 deductible. He confirmed that is what they are suggesting. I told him not to fix a single thing on the car and I would come pick it up. I did not purchase my vehicle from Berglund as my experience with every single Berglund has been awful. Just like this one. I took my vehicle here only because I purchased the extended warranty (side note: due to the complexity and cost of electrical issues!) and the dealership I purchased from is in Amherst VA. I wish I could say I'm shocked that Berglund is screwing over their customers but I am not. More

Poor Customer Service Brought my brand new Dodge Ram in for service for an electronic malfunction in steering wheel on Saturday morning after purchasing the vehicle Friday Brought my brand new Dodge Ram in for service for an electronic malfunction in steering wheel on Saturday morning after purchasing the vehicle Friday night. Service advised me they were “too busy” and would not be able to get to the repair until Monday. Dropped off truck on Monday first thing (8am). Went the entire day without a call. I called my sales rep who informed me they had not even looked at the truck. Tuesday rolls around and again I had to call at the end of day to check the status. Still had not been looked at. Told it would be Wednesday. Finally got the truck back around noon on Wednesday. If this is acceptable service for a brand new truck with less than 40 miles on it I am shocked. Needless to say I will be having my truck serviced in Rocky Mount as it is worth the extra drive to have a satisfactory experience. More

Dealership gave me a loaner car which was nice. Bottom line, they told me they could find nothing wrong, that my door probably wasn't fully closed. That's just not so. The tow driver experienced the same as I. Now I have a truck I cannot trust. Who would tow a horse trailer with a truck whose drive train could lock up at any time? I purchased this truck and a chrysler 300 at the same time, all with extended warranty. I will be trading both these in but not at berglund for sure. I am very disappointed in the lack of your concern for customer saftey. More
