Most of the associates are polite and helpful when you speak with them, Bobby helped me and was a pleasure to work with. Just got the overall vibe that they are too busy and understaffed. It’s not unusual to wait 15 mins or longer for someone to acknowledge you and ask you if you have been helped. If they fine tuned a few things I think they could have a good thing going. More

Worst experience in my 9 years of coming to this location! I went to the dealership for an oil change. I had purchased the 99.95 deal for 4 oil changes. I had been told by the call center that no appointment w I went to the dealership for an oil change. I had purchased the 99.95 deal for 4 oil changes. I had been told by the call center that no appointment was necessary. I got there and the first thing I was asked was if I had an appointment, which I told the fellow no. He had to check with Tiffany about the oil change and she flatly informed me that they were not doing anymore oil changes today. It was 9:30 am mind you. I said that if an appointment is required, they should tell their call center and went to my car and left. I called the call center and told them what happened and she said there were 2 appointments for that day to drop off my car. So I made an appointment for 11:15. I drove home to get my husband in Troutville, about 30 minutes away then drove back. I spoke to Tiffany and told her that I now had an appointment to drop off my car that she did not offer me when I was there earlier. She was very combative in her stature and the way she addressed myself and my husband. She said I did not give her a chance and she was going to make an appointment for me, but that is a lie. She never moved toward her computer or showed a willingness to be helpful when she told me no more oil changes for the day. She refused to help us and we had to wait for the other service writer. She has no business working with the public. If I did not have 2 more oil changes on my deal, I would not go back because of her. More
