Multiple issues found with work completed Bobby Porter did an excellent job with customer service once I notified him of the issue found with my car after it’s service visit. This review is r Bobby Porter did an excellent job with customer service once I notified him of the issue found with my car after it’s service visit. This review is regarding the workmanship and quality control processes specifically. I came in for routine maintenance items and sunroof fix. After picking up my car the interior lights were not working, I brought it back the follow business day for the same technician to take a look. I assumed it was a fuse, but the box is tucked and I wanted to make sure everything was hooked up right so I brought it back. After a full day the same technician didn’t identify out the problem. The following day a different tech looked and figured out it was the fuse right away. Picked up my car and drove back to my home and realized my tires were put on backwards as a part of my tire rotation. Brought the car back a third time and asked a different tech look over all the work the previous tech did since he/she wasn’t able to diagnose the fuse issue in a day, and did a tire rotation wrong, I wanted piece of mind the other service was done correctly. They did oblige and I haven’t found any more issues yet. Lighting, radio and other electronic hardware should be check before finishing a car, and tire rotation while simple should be verified done properly and torque levels are within manual guidance. If there are issues reading the tire that has an arrow on it, it make me very nervous more complicated repairs are being done correctly and reviewed appropriately. Part of my service was replacing the rear pads and rotors, if they messed that up instead of the tire rotation it could be a fatal mistake. More

Terrible customer service experience!! After numerous phone calls, I finally was able to have a recall repair completed on my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. When I arrived, I advised that my brakes had made a noise the previous day that sounded as if the pads might need to be replaced soon. I asked if it would be possible for them to do it when I dropped my car off and they advised that they'd take a look and call me to let me know what they find. My car was there pretty much the whole day and no one called me to let me know what they were gonna do with my brakes so I finally called that evening and was advised that my brakes and rotors were in terrible disrepair and that I would need to replace these immediately. I reluctantly agreed but figured that I shouldn't put it off. I did find it curious that I had just had my car there a month prior, in January, for an inspection and my brakes passed with flying colors. Not sure what happened in a month's time to make them in such disrepair. The next day, I stopped by to pick up my vehicle and asked the service person why my brakes had passed inspection if they were as bad as they said. The gentleman seemed genuinely annoyed by my question and pretty much just ignored me. The price I was quoted on the phone was significantly lower than the price that they actually ended up charging me. When I asked about the difference, I was told it was for "miscellaneous charges" and was offered no further explanation after asking what those charges consisted of. Really just wanting this experience to be over, I pay and am handed my car keys. Then I end up standing there and finally have to ask where my car is. I was told it was "in the back far lot" and then everyone turned their backs to me. They didn't even pull my car up for me, which is ridiculous. I had to go find my own vehicle in their lot after shelling out almost $600 for some repairs I probably didn't even really need. My advice is that Berglund needs to completely overhaul this service department, starting with upper management all the way down the service advisers. Because if they don't, I know I won't be the only customer who takes their business elsewhere. More
