We had pretty specific options that were wanted and were glad to see one available at Berglund Jeep. So we called first to make an appointment for a test drive and to get a price quote. The weather wasn’t the best but our sales person had the truck ready to go. Our sales man Donnies was great. From driving up to the dealership to leaving with our new Gladiator we were there only about 3 1/2 hrs. Very happy with our purchase and experience. More

I Your dealership inventory that I reviewed online before driving to Roanoke from Lynchburg contained the 2019 Cherokee Trail Hawk I was looking for. It was the color and with one exception (navigation system), had the options I was looking for. Patrick Rock was our salesperson with whom I set up an appointment to talk about purchasing the car. I had requested the appointment online and he called me back to set one up. When we arrived, he greeted us, asked questions about what we were looking for, and showed us several Cherokees that might fit our needs. His approach was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and was definitely not the dreaded "high pressure" sales approach. I appreciated his trying to meet our needs and we decided on the Trail Hawk. While our initial visit took a fairly long 5 hours, we were successful in finding and purchasing our vehicle, so I think it was productive time spent. Kenny Smith handled the paperwork so that it was not an ordeal. It was completed in a reasonable amount of time and was explained well. While we did not purchase the extended warranty at the time, we considered the information we were given and did purchase it two days later when we picked up the car. Recommendation: Install sun screens/window coverings on the west windows of your showroom to keep the sun from blazing in on customers and employees who are discussing the purchase of a car. Put customer and employee comfort ahead of any "corporate window image." More
