Great salesman, shady tactics Ask for Carl. Fair and friendly salesman. We agreed on a price over the phone. Then he put me on with his manager. The manager asked about fin Ask for Carl. He told me they could go as low as 1.9%. I drove over, sat down with the manager and Berlin the finance manager (also a good guy), and was told that despite my stellar credit, that 1.9% rate was impossible - but they could do 3.9%. It is xxxx like that which gives car dealerships a bad name. Suffice to say I went with my own financing - and left there wondering WHY anyone would say something so blatantly untrue -- especially to a customer who was going to buy from them regardless. More
