Service department disappointment My recent purchase a few days ago went well. Everything went well except the washing and cleaning of my car before I left the lot. I was and is still My recent purchase a few days ago went well. Everything went well except the washing and cleaning of my car before I left the lot. I was and is still disappointed that your service deparment customer service would be so horrible. The only thing done was a vacuum of my car floor. I was told the exterior was washed which didnt look like it. The trunk had sand underneath the mats and there was dog hair all over the back seats which can only be seen by opening the car trunk. Because of such disappointment, I refused the free oil change they offered and would never recommend your service department to Any One I know. More
