Dishonest dealer...quintessential Con men...don’t buy here After making an appointment, the car I came in for was not there (bait & switch). The salesman assured me they have no hidden fees, until you go in and find out they charge $900 dealer fee. I was told my bank was Regions Bank, instead it was a bank called Regional bank (not the same). Then they try to convince you that the bank requires you to buy their extended warranty which of course is crap. The finance manager then rush’s you to sign all the paperwork without explaining any of it. Didn’t give me copies of anything I signed. Then when I objected, there attitude was “you signed...we have you over a barrel.” I gave them the opportunity to fix this dishonest practice and they didn’t respond to me. This is the most dishonest bunch of crooks I’ve ever dealt with. Take your business else where, these guys suck More

Buying the 2018 Cadillac Red ATS Saw so many staff members that we couldn’t even remember which person was our actual salesman.Must have been told at least 6 times, whichever person w Saw so many staff members that we couldn’t even remember which person was our actual salesman.Must have been told at least 6 times, whichever person was talking with us that they had to speak to the manager, yet we never actually saw a manager. Very difficult to connect to the Service Dept. The Manager’s cell wasn’t connected and finally through a text the next day reached him. He did however, immediately call us back. Frank was super as was the young man who assisted us when we were paying in cash for the car. We just thought there were so many people walking back and forth that obviously worked there, but really didn’t see or understand what they were actually doing. The young woman we saw regarding transferring my car insurance to the new car was stuck out away from the main building in a tiny box that was so cold inside that we couldn’t understand how she could work in such an environment and wondered why she was put in this tiny box away from everyone else. She was helpful and kind and professional. Since there were so many different people that we had to talk to, could not cite anyone’s name with exception of Frank the Service Manager. However. The multitude of people we did speak with eventually came to acceptable terms for the price of the car and for our trade-in. Considering we drove from Sarasota, Florida over 3 1/2 hours to the dealership to see the car we were interested in, we had hoped that the process would not be so confusing and that we would not have had to deal with so many different individuals. You ask to select up to 10 employees who worked with us, and I find that unacceptable. If one is buying a card, the maximum amount should include the salesman, the finance man, the service manager and the insurance person. If needed, the manager, to confirm or deny an offer. More
