From I bought the car from them and they sold me an extended warranty they haven’t communicated with me when the car was giving problems in less that 2weeks of the sale. It has been almost 2 months since I purchased my 2018 Audi A5, first problem was warning lights on dash which I have not received any help With getting them fixed and now my temporary tag has expired so Audi A5, first problem was warning lights on dash which I have not received any help With getting them fixed and now my temporary tag has expired so I cannot drive my car. Title is “still in the works” Dealer didn’t not submit title paperwork in a timely manner almost a month after I made the purchase and claims they sent my 2nd temporary tag to “the wrong address “ c’mon man…… xxx are they doing besides pissing off customers??? Unbelievable!!!!! More

I found a car here for my daughter online. The inventory in my area was pretty much nonexistent so I decided to try the online approach. I trusted them to be my eyes and fully disclose any damage. They repo in my area was pretty much nonexistent so I decided to try the online approach. I trusted them to be my eyes and fully disclose any damage. They reported one small scratch. When the car arrived it was covered in chips, dents, scratches. The interior was filthy with food under the seats still. It was also infested with ants and spiders. I feel stupid and embarrassed to have trusted a salesman to be honest with me. I should’ve never bought a car online and never will again because they can’t be trusted to be honest and caring. I paid 16k for a car that needs a ton of work. More
