The sales manager Alaine was completely unprofessional and would not let me speak to the General Manager nor would he answer my calls and only tried to do business through my child who I feel he completel and would not let me speak to the General Manager nor would he answer my calls and only tried to do business through my child who I feel he completelytook advantageof. . I do not like they way this handled at all. I have bought many cars over the last 3 decades and never in my life was I treated the way this so called manager treated me. More

One day it was well. The next we dealt with an entire different crew. One day it was okay for my boyfriend not to have an income as long as he has a co-signer. Then instead of added my boyfriend with his dad as a co-signer they made the ultimate decision to not even put my boyfriend on it at all. Which then ultimately screwed everyone because my boyfriends dad doesn’t even live here. So the insurance according to them had to be insurance from New York. Even though his dad was on my insurance in Florida for when he drives down here. So it ultimately ruined it and then I had to wait for my deposit to be returned because they made decisions that isn’t how we wanted our credits ran. Be careful also, they run your credit thru 30 lenders. More
