It was my first time buying a vehicle online, I trusted the sales person to inspect the vehicle, he told me it was in great shape, no damages, no scratches and so forward. After I picked up the vehicle I did a quick run around and very quickly found a major issue, the passenger side front bumper is hanging by zip-ties because the side bumper bracket is cracked front top to bottom. This is a range rover, a new bumper will cost over $3.5k to get it replaced. I bought a $30k vehicle with a major body damage. After contacting the sales person about this issue, he said there is nothing the dealer can do. Besides this both tail lights had major condensation, I had to take the lights apart and left to dry for 48hours and reseal. All exterior lights are peeling and looks horrible. I just can’t believe the sales person missed all this things which where very visible. I guess money talks n’ ** walks. I will never buy a car online again. More
