I have historically had average to poor service at this dealership. For example, I once had to have a part special ordered and they said it would take a week and they would call when it came it. Two weeks went by without word, so I called them and asked if the part came. To my surprise, they had had the part for over a week and forgot to call me. I also had a friend need a new battery for their electric car, which they said they had ordered for her and would take a couple of months to receive. After a few months, she followed up to check on the status and they stated they had not ordered the battery yet because she did not compete paperwork they never provided. However, they sent a $50 gift card in the mail and as the dealership is by my work, I decided to give them another chance for a simple oil change. After service and at time of payment, I was told the gift card was not valid for oil changes. This disclaimer is not noted on the card and was the only reason I went back to this dealership. I only planned on going this one time because of the gift card, but can safely say that I will not return and would highly recommend against bringing your car into this dealership. More
