As always EVERYONE at Bellevue Nissan was the best! !! They are ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. Again they worked magic and made it possible for me to trade and upgrade my vehicle. They made even more magic happen when they were able to find me the vehicle I wanted in a particular color, with the dark interior and the features I wanted. When things took a little longer cause they had to get my vehicle brought over to the dealership for me to see...again I wanted specifics and they didn't have it on the lot but the did have one they could get for me...they made sure my son had plenty of snacks and a place to charge his phone so he could watch videos and play games...that made the wait so much easier on my 9 year old. While I met with 2 new salesmen this go around when it came to the finance part of things I still worked with the same guys that helped me 2 years ago when I got my now traded vehicle which was great because that means Bellevue makes sure to hang on to friendly caring helpful staff members which proves their high standards. They truly treat their customers right and will work hard and go extra miles for their customers. It is always a pleasure to go to the dealership no matter if it is for looking to get a new vehicle or just to have service done. More
