Go somewhere else. Was sold a defective car, evap system was leaking that could destroy the car overtime. The Service Department was plain crap; BRIAN WINTER (service manager): LIAR - promised me (verbally) to take the car to an official mercedes-benz dealer, brought my car to a small autoworkshop nearby instead. DAMON ROUSSELL (service advisor): SCAMMER - attempted to scam me for almost $300 for the first service that didnt fix my car's problem (tried to charge $1100 when the service was actually worth around $800). After a solid 15 minutes arguement, they decided to help cover the service that didnt completely fix the car in the end. FRONT DESK: didn't respect my time; was left unhelped for over 15 minutes when i was trying to get my license plate. Showroom was fairly empty and nobody bothered to call someone although I already asked one of them to. They have this "oath" on great customer service that they dont actually follow just beside the main enterance. Its a decoration to decieve customers that they are actually doing a food work Note: I have all the paperworks showing Damon's attempt on his scam and i won't mind sending you a soft copy of it, just let me know. And yes, I did buy a used car with them. More
