Amazing Bryan Johannusen in service dept. Is truly amazing and caring and understands what needs to be taken care with my 2012 honda. Went in for my basic oil Bryan Johannusen in service dept. Is truly amazing and caring and understands what needs to be taken care with my 2012 honda. Went in for my basic oil change and found out my rare breaks where starting to go for the first time so he gave my a great coupon that work for my budget so I could get them fixed since I've never had to put breaks on before on this car and sinus ive owned this honda for almost 6yrs. Fast and great service! I took my 2015 CRV touring into get serviced before driving to California and Bill Huddleston was my service advisor he was very kind and professional I took my 2015 CRV touring into get serviced before driving to California and Bill Huddleston was my service advisor he was very kind and professional and had looked up to see if my car was due for anything else and found that it had never had the 4 wheel alignment done. Funny the Honda place in California where I purchased the car had never told me that it needed to be done, so thank you Bill. More

Very poor service I will never again go the Bell Honda to purchase or have service done to my Honda Civic. I made an appointment for a Zaktak application for Saturday, I will never again go the Bell Honda to purchase or have service done to my Honda Civic. I made an appointment for a Zaktak application for Saturday, October 21st. On their service website, the Zaktak application appointments are scheduled in 15 minute increments. I'm thinking about an hour at most to have it completed. I drove 35 minutes to the appointment, which I was right on time. Ms. Hernandez told me it will take 2.5 hours for a Zaktak application because "it's Saturday and we're busy". She did offer a ride. I explained to her the distance to my home. Needless to say, I drove home without having the scheduled service done. More
