I’ve been a customer of Bell Honda for many years. We have bought a few cars and taken them for service there and I’ve been happy with them. This is the first time I’ve had Joshua as my service rep. I am very pleased with the service he gave me and I recommend him and Bell Honda. Also one of the techs noticed that one of my tires had a bubble. Overall good experience - TJ was awesome. I was impressed with how quickly the mirror I needed was delivered. A different Honda dealership had been telling me that my mirror was on backorder I was impressed with how quickly the mirror I needed was delivered. A different Honda dealership had been telling me that my mirror was on backorder for months, but Bell Honda was able to get my mirror delivered in less than 24 hours. However, on service day I did end up waiting over 5 hours when I was quoted 3.5 hours. I was told that it took so long because additional maintenance requirements were found during the original repair process, and this pushed me to the back of the line so that they could repair the additional findings. I was already getting 2 tires replaced and they found a 3rd with an irreparable nail puncture. To be fair, I don’t know how car maintenance lines work, but it seems like extra work to take my car off the lift just to put it back in line to get lifted again. They did give me a free oil change and removed one of the service charges due to my wait. Anyways! I’ll still be returning to Bell for future repairs if needed. More
