I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic a few months back, the purchase process was difficult and made more challenging by your staff. I was repeatedly pressured to accept add-on costs for things that I did n purchase process was difficult and made more challenging by your staff. I was repeatedly pressured to accept add-on costs for things that I did not want. I felt that the staff was rude and not helpful. I made arrangements prior to my visit through my credit union for financing and Bell Honda provided incorrect information to them that almost resulted in my loan rate being raised. This was not helpful or welcome at all. Very poor customer service. Overall I would describe the process of dealing with your staff as a nightmare, I would absolutely not recommend anyone to buy fromp your dealership. More
