I bought a Honda Odyssey a year ago in July. A week or two after there were a few pieces that needed to be replaced. We came in and met with Joshua. He took pictures and insured that Honda would do what was needed to get these things taken care of. He then proceeded to tell us that it would take nine weeks to get the parts. After nine weeks, he told us that their systems went down. Then thinking that they were still working on getting the part. We reached out to him nine months later it felt like we were starting all over. A year and two weeks after we bought the car we were finally coming in to replace a few of the pieces that needed to be replaced. As we drove away on the freeway, something began to flap and the peace flew off. We returned to the dealership five minutes after leaving. Trying to not be very frustrated we returned to see what the solution would be. They told us they would have the part there tomorrow and that we could drive back tomorrow and get it replaced. We live 45 minutes away from the dealership so that was not going to be an option not to mention they had already had our car for a day. Also, it became very frustrating knowing that the part could be ordered and brought in the next day since we had already waited over a year to get this part. Trying to keep faith we decided to go to the dealership that was closer to us, they were willing to help us but only if Bill was willing to fit the bill. Luckily they did and we are now getting the piece replaced at a closer location. The frustrating part about all of this was The amount of times my wife reached out to Bell, Honda and Joshua to get help with this. In my opinion this was not taken care of in a very professional manner. It seemed like at every corner. We were getting excuses, rather than taking the time to follow up with us appropriately and keeping us in the loop. If this is how I ran my business, I would not have very many customers and I would also have lots of one star reviews.I hope Honda can figure out how to make it up to the next customer because I will never return to them. More
