The service took several hours for an oil change. I was told by a couple people in your sales department it was less than an hour guaranteed. I don't have this horrible experience at Tempe Honda. Plus, I was sent home with my vehicle that wasn't working correctly. When I returned to ask why I was told they can't let me take my vehicle because it was a safety hazard. The latch all of a sudden wasn't working and all I did was drive it back to the sales parking lot. I'm supposed to receive a credit as promised by the service manager and haven't received it. This is now the 2nd email requesting it. My mom bought a new vehicle paying over $45,000+ and I can't get a credit of $60. This makes no sense. I give my service advisor a -1/10. She was trying to upsell me before I said what I needed then wouldn't stop after I asked over 7 times. Yes I counted. I would never use this service department again. Ever!!! More

Every time I come to the service center I’m greeted in a timely-manner & taken to an office, also in good time. Customer interactions are always pleasant, & the representatives are great at keeping you in t timely-manner & taken to an office, also in good time.
