The experience with Bell Honda started out pretty good. I had quite a bit of work done to bring my car up to date on the service requirements. It took several days to complete. I was staying in my RV in a campground so they paid for a taxi. After a couple of days I hadn't received an update. So I started calling and leaving messages and talking to other service coordinators for information. I was promised a call back more than ounce, which never happened. On Friday I finally talked with a responsible coordinator that found my keys and the completed paperwork in someone else's office. I used my taxi voucher to get back to the dealer before they closed. I hooked the car up to my motorhome and towed it to Yuma. When I unhooked the car and drove it I noticed a grinding noise and vibration coming from the rear end. I immediately took it to Yuma Honda to have it checked. One of the service items that Bell Honda performed was to overhaul the rear brakes which required the discs to be ground. Yuma Honda found the discs were warped due to improper grinding. They corrected the problem and said they would deal with Bell Honda for compensation. Yuma Honda gets an A plus. Bell Honda gets a D minus. More
