The service department is good, Apparently, my vehicle was missing an undercarriage splash guard, and in your multipoint inspection form it’s under red requires immediate attention. I went to your sales manager because this vehicle was newly purchased from there and they said it is not a safety issue and if I want it replaced, I have to replace it myself, but looking at your multi point inspection form it says required immediate attention so that means it may not be a safety but it’s a serious issue and I asked your sales manager how come I wasn’t told this was missing when I purchased the vehicle. His response was when you sell a vehicle do you tell the person find it every problem wrong with it big mistake on his part for saying that when I sell a vehicle it’s priced for any repairs that need to be done to it and I tell the people that are purchasing anything that I sell these are the issues that’s why it’s priced at this price So as far as I’m concerned, I will never put any trust in your sales department or sales manager zero trust everything in writing nothing left out More

Caution - deceptive tactics. We recently attempted to purchase a used vehicle listed online at a clear out-the-door price. After confirming the price with their internet sales m We recently attempted to purchase a used vehicle listed online at a clear out-the-door price. After confirming the price with their internet sales manager and agreeing to finance (despite planning to pay cash) as a condition to get the listed price, we spent hours navigating their application process and providing all the requested documentation. Then we received a call and the dealership suddenly added a new condition: they wouldn’t honor the price unless we traded in a vehicle, which was never mentioned before. They claim they were too far in with the car to allow it to go for this price. Okay, then don't tell me you will honor the price up front; we would have been done, and no major time would have been wasted. This dealership repeatedly shifted the terms of the deal, despite clear communication and excellent credit. It felt deceptive and exhausting. If transparency and integrity matter to you, proceed with caution. Utterly ridiculous! I don’t blame Anthony or Jessica; they were just doing their jobs. This was apparently all in the hands of a general manager as far as the decisions were concerned. More

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Robert and his manager, both were excellent. In the finance department, Lucas and another gentleman (a tall Italian man whose name I can’t recall) were also incredi manager, both were excellent. Every team member I interacted with was professional, courteous, and made the entire experience seamless. Truly a 10/10! More
