Best service I've ever had After having an unfortunate bad experience at this dealership which was for reasons that were a series of things that went wrong not by any one or ser After having an unfortunate bad experience at this dealership which was for reasons that were a series of things that went wrong not by any one or service I was hesitant to return to this dealership but I gave another try and just mentioned to the person on the phone the misunderstanding s that occurred last time. He immediately put me under his wing assuring me a great experience and view of the service when completed. He not only gave me his personal number and met me out front when I pulled in he made sure I got the services only that I needed and at the best possible price. He called in a favor to my warrenty on the battery and my tires and even washed and vacummed the car. He was nice not pushy personal and very reassuring. Because of him I will always use this dealership. I am encouraging anyone who is purchasing a vehicle to ask for him as he is easy to talk to and cares more about your satisfaction then his commission. More

Very Good Experience We went to Bell Honda to lease a new car, and this was our first experience with this. We had David Rice as our sales person the first day and he was so nice to us and explained every thing very well and was very patient with all our questions and concerns. The next day we had made up our mind and our sales person was Vincent Mendoza who made the rest of the sale an excellent experience as well. He was so fun and easy to hang out with that our waiting time (which was pretty long) went by fast. And then we had Ryan Finkel as our finance guy and he was so accommodating and pleasant and easy to work with. Exellent service guys! More

New Honda Pilot Tracy Scrip was my salesman at Bell Honda, and he patiently kept me posted for a few months until the exact Honda model I wanted came in. Always pol Tracy Scrip was my salesman at Bell Honda, and he patiently kept me posted for a few months until the exact Honda model I wanted came in. Always polite and to-the-point, he was careful to cover what the differences were between each and every option on the different models of Pilot so that I could pick the right vehicle for me. Not only was he excellent in following up during the months as I waited for the exact right car, but he was knowledgeable when answering my questions about accessing some of the features (the new Pilot is loaded with features!). I had one of the best car buying experiences and absolutely love the car. I highly recommend asking for Tracy if you want someone who respects your time, knows his products, doesn't high pressure you, and doesn't mind you coming back and asking questions after the sale has gone through. I hope he is still there when I buy my next car. Merissa was also great to work with in the installation of additional equipment department. Jackie Stevens was top notch in getting my refund check on an option I decided not to get - how many car dealers would let you change your mind about an additional option? Bell Honda did a Great Job!
