The sales department at this dealership is great. Service department unfortunately is HORRIBLE! Our service advisor never answered his phone for starters. It’s been there 8 days so far with no end in sight. It’s a BRAND NEW car! How hard could this be? I finally spoke to a manager( 3 previous unreturned voicemails) and he offered to find me a loaner. In my opinion I should have had one from the beginning! Our adviser offered me a deal at enterprise for $44 a day. It’s a brand new car! Why should I spend $360+ dollars to date for a car that should be a comp in my opinion. Maybe they would like to pay the prorated daily rate of my car payment since I can’t drive it. It’s a sad day when a business as big as B&M can’t provide good customer service. I’m ready to trade the stupid car in at Sewell. They supposedly offer 5 star service. More

My truck was brought into the service center; the main one being the transmission. Understandably the 3 weeks it was in the service center was because of an extended warranty provider. However, the water leak coming through the passenger sun visor arm was mis-diagnosed and the leak is clearly visible from the sunroof seal. I was charged for replacing something else. That leak was part of the $4,000 that I paid personally. The second issue was covered under the extended warranty and that problem was not solved. It involves the radio/console changing displays without action taken by the driver. This is an intermittent problem that seems to occur mostly while using the navigation system. It switches to one of the SiriusXM displays. Manually switching back to the navigation system will work for 10 to 30 seconds and then it switches back to the SiriusXM display. Sometimes the same SiriusXM display pops up on the smaller driver’s display. I intend to bring the truck back to get these problems resolved, but I live/work 90 miles away and leaving it for several days requires alternate transportation . More
