Of all the service reps I have dealt with, Elyza was the best. Friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure I have transportation from and to GMC when I dropped my 2020 GMC Denali off for servic best. Other reps I had in the past did not communicate well nor made sure I had the means to get back to Beck Masten South to pick up my truck. All they cared about were sales. Loyalty comes with service and I will definitely request Elyza from now on. Other than the service I didn't expect to pay $179 for a fuel filter. That's ridiculous. Was charged $102 for a fuel filter and $106 for service is rip off. I'll go to my local mechanic from now on for simple service like this. More
