Horrible!!! I waited over 3 hrs for a tire rotation and oil.change. The manager wasn't any help since it took the over an hour to inform me that they were out of the oil for my vehicle and it was being d oil.change. The manager wasn't any help since it took the over an hour to inform me that they were out of the oil for my vehicle and it was being delivered, bad customer service. They lost the key to my wheel locks so they had to break the one's on my tire and replace them with new ones. Miss Sanchez very helpful compared to the rest of the staff. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to that location. More

I am disappointed because one of the diagnosis was that my battery cell was dead though I had not long replaced the battery and the battery had very little corrosion around the posts. After I left, it was my battery cell was dead though I had not long replaced the battery and the battery had very little corrosion around the posts. After I left, it was proved that the battery 100% had no dead cells. From that alone, I am not certain if I can trust if the other diagnosis was true. More
