Don't go to sarcastic advisor Edward for any issues. When I bought my truck it was a great experience and a great sales person. When my brakes went out while driving my 2020 GMC Sierra they didn't care When I bought my truck it was a great experience and a great sales person. When my brakes went out while driving my 2020 GMC Sierra they didn't care and Edward in particular. He noted down things I didn't say in the notes except what my vehicle complaint was and said he's not saying I'm lying. He was rude and sarcastic from day one til I picked up vehicle and just as I told him, the 2019 GMC Sierras were recalled for brake failure 160,000 to be exact and the fix was to reprogram the brake control module and I told him mine was built in 2019 and based on customer complaints it was the same identical experiences. Long story short I had to pay for a reprogram that was a system failure on their end and they know it they just don't want to admit the 2020s have the same brake system failure because they don't write it down on their notes. Will never go back they can keep the prepaid oil changes I purchased!! More
Good experience. Did not like the fact when I wanted to confirm the oil used in my truck was the correct oil because the service order did not specify “D Dexos” I wa Did not like the fact when I wanted to confirm the oil used in my truck was the correct oil because the service order did not specify “D Dexos” I was treated like “how dare you ask .. we don’t make mistakes”. Well not your dealership but it’s well documented by 3.0 Duramax owners dealships have tried to use regular oil due to supply issues. So as a customer if I want to verify .. don’t make such a big deal. It’s a $64k truck .. I’m going to make sure I protect my investment. More

Dissatisfied on the service of my vehicle. I have been taking my car 2 times about the same issue, and it still hasn’t been resolve. I have replaced parts of my vehicle. Ridiculous. Just say you want to charge money every time I take my vehicle and make money. This place is just a scam!!
