Bought a car Nov 28 with Luis Morales. Before the deal was done and I handed the cashiers check costumer service was great. After I paid customer service changed to terrible. They won’t return your messages even if it’s for an issue you notice the day after you buy the car. After you push and show proof they promise they will fix it, text you they will order the parts and never return to you, again. Also, not sure their service team is very good, I bought a 2022 car with 7K miles that started leaking oil yesterday (2 months after purchase) When I took it to the beck & Masten (this time the north location, as I can’t trust the south one anymore) they told me whoever did the oil change before selling it to me didn’t tight enough the filter and this caused the leak, there was pretty much no oil left in the car. North dealership took care of it and apologized for South’s location work. Save yourself some time and avoid this location. More
