Greetings, It seems odd that I would have an auto-generated response to a complaint with such concerning facts. Regardless, I would like for somebody to contact me and go over some of the options that I would have in this situation. I’m currently paying for a 100k vehicle to set up at the dealership and have its engine replaced after only driving it for around six months. I don’t think it’s a good look for GMC to sell a new 2022 yukon Denali for 100k only to have it breakdown leaving me stranded on the side of the road for hours 100miles from my home requiring an engine replacement with absolutely nobody reaching out for assistance to provide a vehicle to drive in the interim or a solution moving forward. I contacted the dealership requesting options in regarding trading the vehicle in and get into new vehicle and I’ve never been contacted again. Currently I’m driving a rental car at the cost of $500 a week and there’s no end in sight to the amount of time that it’s gonna take for an engine to be replaced. I have zero confidence that vehicle will be operating at the same quality and specs that it was or should’ve been when it came off the assembly line. This is not a vehicle that I purchased or want to continue to drive so this is something that needs to be taken care of.
